Family Law Subpoenas

In Family Law, you may serve a subpoena to ensure the appearance of a witness for your trial or hearing. You may also serve a subpoena to acquire documents (subpoena duces tecum) from a person or entity who is not part of your case. Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C assists with the preparation, issuance and service of a subpoena or subpoenas for your case.

Please be aware there are additional requirements for requesting medical records by subpoena, which may require a court order to acquire a medical release.

Our Certified Legal Document Preparers have been trained as paralegals by attorneys. Co-owner and designated principal, Kellie DiCarlo, has over 23 years of legal experience.
